But especially given that commitment to student safety, why do so many children experience bullying? Firstly Schools should have a one-bullying policy to prevent bullying on the teaching environment, Although school and school manager don’t have special agenda about this issue, teachers can create safe, bully-free zones in their classrooms. Secondly, teachers should give some lectures to students about this bullying and with some visual materials. If students comprehend which behaviors exactly contains bullying, they will consider themselves. Also, teachers can organize a meeting with parents and raise awareness about bullying. Furthermore, teachers should be accessible for his-her students, when students confront kind of this behavior, they would speak to their teachers any hesitations. The other methods could ask questions some students randomly about their school day, including experiences on the way to and from school, lunch, and recess.
