    The phone call simply ended with Matt Breams had passed away. That time and moment my heart dropped. Matt Breams was a very good friend from school, we had classes together, we hung out all the time, and most of all we had been family friends since birth. How could not see this coming, you would think knowing someone your whole life, you would know if they were sick. Was visiting my brother this past weekend at university of Michigan, but couldn’t even comprehend the words my friend had just left me with. Hundred words were running through my head, Why?

Always think how come I couldn’t have been that one person to stop them, save their life, figure out what avgas wrong. I had no idea he was even sick. I called my friend again, and loaded her with a million questions. Neither of us understood the whole situation.

    I couldn’t imagine what his parents are going through. Matt was an only child, unbelievable artist, and was going places for sure. Matt was in photography, skateboarding, playing guitar, and very independent. Would never say he was ever bullied, or pushed around, but then ago how I would know. Finding out he committed suicide was news to me. After getting off the phone With my friend, had to pull my parents and brother aside and tell them the horrific news. My mom instantly started to cry, and called his mother with tears falling from her eyes. Just wanted to go back in life, an ask him, or try and be the one to save him. It makes me sick to my stomach thinking of it every time know I loud have been that one person who saved Matt Breasts life. Matt Breasts was a beautiful young man. Losing him to suicide was, and is always going to be hard thing in not only my life. Knowing that could have saved his life, stopped him from hanging himself, or even just sat down and talked to him would have made me feel so much better. Have learned trot this experience how important each human being is.
